NPE RETURN POLICY:

Shipments may be returned for credit within 14 days of receipt with the following conditions: 

• NPE must be given the opportunity to correct any deficiencies before a Returned Authorization Material Number (RMA) is issued.
• Returns for orders shipped from outside suppliers are based on our suppliers return policies - if we cannot return it, then it is not returnable. Custom made or modified products may not be returnable.
• Shipment must be clearly marked with the NPE RMA number.
• Equipment must be received in the same as, or better than, the condition shipped. All freight charges must be prepaid.
• Restocking fees, when applicable, will vary depending on labor, materials purchased to complete the order, administrative and other factors.
• Credits are valid for up to one year from being issued and are applied upon request only after any remaining balance is paid within terms.
